Georgian Crystal Garlic
Georgian Crystal garlic is a hardneck variety in the Porcelain family. Beautiful, fat bulbs that contain 4-7 large, plump cloves. Clean, crisp fresh taste with a bright flavor, smooth and buttery when roasted. Very cold tolerant. It is reported that Georgian Crystal garlic will also grow well in the south.
Porcelain Garlic Information
Porcelain garlic is a hardneck variety that will produce a garlic scape in the spring. Porcelain garlic are known for producing large, robust bulbs with thick, white papery wrappers that are smooth and tight. The bulbs usually contain 4-7 very large cloves that are arranged in a single layer. Their flavors range from strong and spicy to mildly mellow. Usually prefers northern cool climates. Matures late in the season and has a storage life averaging 6 months if stored in a dry, dark area. Average of 35 cloves per pound.
Garlic Seed Shipping Information
Garlic seed bulbs will be reserved based on the date orders are received, on a first come ~ first served basis. Garlic seed bulbs will start shipping in late September through the middle of October. We will email you a tracking number once shipped. Garlic seed bulbs are shipped as whole bulbs.
