Georgian Crystal garlic is a porcelain, hardneck garlic. Beautiful, large bulbs with white wrappers that can be tinged with pink contain four to seven easy to peel, jumbo cloves. Fresh, mild flavor, it is less pungent than most porcelain varieties. Grows well in cold and warmer climates, stores six months. Great all around garlic!
