Shipping Policy

We use US postal service for the majority of our shipments although some orders may be shipped through UPS or FedEx.

$22.01 - 33.00 ~ $12.65 shipping

$33.01 - $66.00 ~ $14.85 shipping

$66.01 -120.00 ~ $17.08 shipping

$120.01 - 160.00 ~ 19.84 shipping

$160.01 - 225.00 ~ 23.02 shipping

$225.01 on up ~ free shipping

Our products ship within the continental United States.

Due to allium species import restrictions, we are unable to ship products to the following counties: 

  • Idaho-Ada, Bingham, Blaine, Boise, Bonneville, Canyon, Cassia, Elmore, Gem, Gooding, Jefferson, Jerome, Lincoln, Madison, Minidoka, Owyhee, Payette, Power, Twin Falls, Washington

  • Orgeon-Malheur County

  • Washington-Adams, Benton, Franklin, Grant, Klickitat

Seed garlic bulbs will be reserved based on the date orders are received; first come-first served. Seed garlic bulbs will start shipping in late September through early October. An email will be sent to you after your order has been placed and another email when order has been shipped providing a tracking number.

Orders of 150$ or more will ship with signature required.

We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sundays, and some holidays.

We cannot ship to a PO Box; please provide a street address.

Insufficient/Undeliverable Address. Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect/insufficient addresses. Incorrectly addressed packages will not be refunded shipping charges. Each customer receives a confirmation email with the shipping information included. Before the package ships, it is the customers' responsibility to confirm that the address is correct. The customer will be responsible for the cost of intercepting a package and/or shipping it to a change of address.   

Return & Exchange Policy

We take great pride in our garlic and know quality is important to you. We want you to be happy with our products.  If you are not satisfied with any item, please contact Green Thumb Gourmet Garlic immediately by phone or email so we can work with you to resolve the issue.​

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item has quality issues, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Photos are helpful in determining issues. We will send a replacement at no charge or refund the full purchase price, provided the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and returned to us in its original packaging. 

If you ordered the wrong item, wrong variety, or simply changed your mind, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping cost, provided the item is returned to us within 14 days in its original packaging and before it has been planted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and return items unused and in its original packaging. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Credit will not be issued for product not returned. Our liability in such instances will be strictly limited to the actual cost of the garlic plus shipping charges. 

Customer crop results may differ from ours due to variable growing conditions such as, location, climate, soil composition, diseases and pests, weather, farming practices, unforeseeable acts of nature or ordering outside of your zone recommendations.  We cannot assume responsibility and do not warranty our garlic or garlic products. We assume no responsibility to garlic after it has been planted. In no case shall we be liable for garlic seed performance. When you order our products; you understand and agree to this policy.  

Green Thumb Gourmet Garlic, LLC reserves the right to not issue a refund for reasons or conditions not mentioned.
