Store Policy

Ordering

We accept orders on our website, by email at greenthumbgourmetgarlic@gmail.com, or by phone at (586) 322-0902. Once an order is placed, we immediately email you a confirmation of the order. You will also receive another email confirmation when your order is ready to be picked up at our Farm Store or when your order has been shipped and provide a tracking number. 

Farm Store Pick Up

If you are in the local area, we offer free Farm Store Pick up. At the checkout process there is a Farm Store Pick Up option. Orders are typically processed within one to two business days. Please wait for your email confirmation notification that the order is ready before picking up.​ If farm store pick up order is not picked up within 7 days of email confirmation, inventory will be returned back to stock, and refund will be issued if paid by credit card minus 3% for payment processing fees. 

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal for online orders that require to be shipped. For Farm store pick up orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and also an option to order online and pay cash when you pick up your order.

Pre-ordering Fall Seed Garlic

Pre-ordering are advanced purchases made on products not currently in stock that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date.  Pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering to reserve the product. In the event that a customer places a pre-order, but then wishes to cancel part or all of the pre-order for whatever reason, the item/order will be refunded less 3% for payment processing fees.

Please contact us if you need to add to your order. Requests are usually accommodated unless your order has already been fulfilled.  

Sales Tax

Green Thumb Gourmet Garlic, LLC collects sales taxes in all states where required.  Each state has unique tax regulations, and some states require us to collect sales tax on standard shipping and additional shipping charges.  Green Thumb Gourmet Garlic, LLC does not provide tax advice.  If you need assistance understanding tax regulations, please contact your state's Department of Revenue.
